A Multidisciplinary Creative Journey
Johns Mathew is a contemporary artist from Kozhikode, Kerala, India, whose artistic practice extends across sculpture, public art, design, video direction, textile design, and architectural creativity. Working between India and Greece, his work explores the relationship between material, memory, culture, and space through a deeply experimental and interdisciplinary approach.
Over the years, he has conducted solo exhibitions in Kerala and Bangalore, exhibited internationally in Greece and Germany, and participated in group exhibitions across India and Edinburgh, Scotland. His contributions also extend to public art projects, granite sculpture camps, and architectural education.

Participated in the National Granite Sculptors Camp, exploring large-scale stone carving and contemporary sculpture practices.

Commissioned granite carving project for Palvelicham Art & Craft Village near Kuruva Island, integrating sculpture with architecture and public space.

Participated in Artist's Commune organized by Kalakar Keralam, bringing together artists for collaborative creative practice.
Served as Visiting Faculty at architecture institutions including NIT Calicut, MES College of Architecture, and DG College of Architecture.
