To place an order or access certain features:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Products, Artwork & Pricing


We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our artworks. However:

  • Artwork colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen display differences.

  • All prices may be changed at any time without notice.

  • Product availability may vary and certain artworks may be limited edition or one-of-a-kind.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

Custom artwork pricing is subject to factors such as size, concept, medium, and detailing.


4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order:

  • You are offering to purchase a product in accordance with these Terms.

  • All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

  • We may reject or cancel orders due to pricing errors, unavailability, or other business reasons.

  • -Wallets

  • -Direct Bank Transfer (where applicable)

All transactions are processed securely using trusted payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines vary based on:

  • Product type (ready-made or custom-made)

  • Shipping location

  • Courier partner availability

We are not liable for courier delays or situations beyond our control.


6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds


  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, only if not shipped or begun (in case of custom art).

  • Custom/commissioned artworks cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has started.

  • If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method.


7. Use of the Website

You agree:

  • Not to misuse the Site or engage in harmful activities including uploading viruses, hacking, or unauthorized data extraction.

  • Not to use artwork images or website content without permission.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Athma Art Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for losses arising from courier delays, damaged packages handled by courier partners, or incorrect customer information.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product purchased.

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
