At Athma Art Studio, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality artworks and a smooth buying experience. To maintain fairness and transparency, we follow the cancellation and refund guidelines mentioned below.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted only within the same day of placing the order (within 24 hours).
A cancellation request cannot be accepted if:
The artwork has already been packed or shipped.
The customization process or painting work has already begun (for custom artworks).
Custom Artwork Orders:
Once the creative process begins, custom-made paintings cannot be cancelled, as they are specially created based on your requirements.
2. Non-Cancellable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for cancellation or refund:
Custom-made paintings
Personalized artworks
Commissioned artwork projects
Artworks that are already shipped
3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If the artwork you received is:
damaged
defective
broken during transit
you must report it to our customer support on the same day of delivery (within 24 hours).
Steps to Report:
Take clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging.
Send the details via email or WhatsApp to our customer service team.
After reviewing the complaint and verifying the issue, we will provide:
a replacement, or
a refund, depending on the situation.
4. Product Not as Described
If you feel the received artwork does not match the description or images shown on our website, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Our support team will review the case and take an appropriate decision, which may include:
replacement,
modification (for custom works), or
refund (in rare cases).
5. Warranty-Related Issues
For artworks or frames that include third-party warranty (e.g., frames, hardware), please contact the respective manufacturer/vendor for warranty claims.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by Athma Art Studio, it will take:
3–7 business days for the amount to be credited to the customer’s bank account, depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
