Shipping & Delivery Policy – Athma Art Studio
At Athma Art Studio, we take great care to deliver your artworks safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, pack, ship, and deliver all orders, including custom-made paintings and premium canvas prints.
1. Order Processing
Processing Time:
All ready-made artworks and prints are processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom paintings require 7–21 days depending on the artwork size, medium, and complexity.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order details.
Order Dispatch:
As soon as your artwork is shipped, we will send you a dispatch confirmation along with the tracking number and courier partner details.
Note: Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Packaging of Artworks
Because paintings require special care, every artwork is packed with:
Heavy-duty protective layers
Moisture-resistant wrapping
Corner guards for framed pieces
Double-layer reinforced boxes
This ensures your artwork reaches you in perfect condition.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
Delivery time depends on your location and artwork type.
Standard Delivery
5–10 business days for ready-made paintings & prints.
Shipped through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.
Express Delivery (Available for select artworks)
2–4 business days
Extra charges apply.
Custom Artwork Delivery
Dispatch within 7–21 days depending on production time.
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, festivals, courier delays, or remote-area limitations.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on artwork size, weight, framing, and delivery location.
The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for selected order values.
5. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India.
For international shipping, please contact us directly for a custom quote.
6. Tracking Your Order
After your order is dispatched, you will receive:
Courier partner name
Tracking number
Live tracking link
You can also track your shipment by contacting us through WhatsApp or email.
7. Delivery Issues & Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Remote or restricted delivery locations
Weather disruptions or transport issues
Courier operational delays
If your order is delayed or you face any delivery issue, please contact our support team.
8. Undeliverable Packages
A package may be returned to us if:
The delivery address is incorrect
The courier cannot reach you
The package is not accepted at the time of delivery
If returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional delivery charges may apply.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Deliveries
If your artwork arrives damaged:
Take photos/videos of the package and artwork immediately.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will examine the damage and arrange a replacement or refund depending on the artwork type.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked “Delivered” but not received:
Report it to us within 3 days
We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly
10. Change of Shipping Address
You can request a change of delivery address before dispatch.
Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
